ClubHop — Acceptable Use Policy
This Acceptable Use Policy governs your use of the ClubHop platform. By using ClubHop you agree to these rules. It is incorporated by reference into the Member Terms & Conditions and the Partner Venue Agreement.
1. Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older to register and transact, and you must provide accurate account information.
2. Permitted Use
ClubHop is for discovering and purchasing legitimate gym and wellness day passes, and for Partner Venues to list and sell access to their lawful facilities.
3. Prohibited Conduct
You may not: use the platform for any unlawful purpose; commit payment fraud, money laundering, or use a payment method you are not authorised to use; list or represent a venue you are not authorised to represent; misrepresent services, pricing, or availability; harass or endanger other users or venue staff; or attempt to breach, scrape, overload, or disrupt the platform or upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.
Account sharing: You may not share your account login credentials or password with any other individual. To share a pass, you must use the App's official, native transfer feature, which is strictly for personal, non-commercial use.
No scalping: You may not commercially exploit, resell, auction, or profit from ClubHop passes on external third-party channels, including but not limited to Facebook Marketplace, WhatsApp groups, or Gumtree.
No reverse-engineering: You may not decompile, reverse-engineer, modify, or adapt any portion of the App's underlying software, API scripts, or code frameworks.
4. Partner Venue Obligations
Partner Venues must be entitled to sell access to the listed venue, honour valid Passes, keep pricing and availability accurate, hold any required licences, and comply with all applicable laws — including consumer protection and, where a women-only policy is operated, the Equality Act (PEPUDA). The venue is responsible for lawful door enforcement.
5. Enforcement
5.1 We reserve the right, at our sole and absolute discretion, to immediately suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any user account or venue listing, without prior notice, liability, or penalty, if we suspect a violation of this Policy.
5.2 We may also delist venues, withhold or reverse payouts, and report unlawful activity to the authorities.
